Business partner of a boutique agency specialized in alternative tours in Madrid like gastronomic, walking and bike tours in off the beaten track areas always aiming to surprise the participants. I was responsible as well for the growth of the corporate client department, with more volume both in number of clients as in size of groups we received, and for the full back-office management, including staffing, accounting, suppliers, invoicing, and contracts.
