Managed the on-site services for a key German client across three editions of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (2006-2008). Acted as the main liaison between the client, event organizers, city authorities, and third-party suppliers. Responsibilities included permits and licenses, coordination of security and cleaning services, simultaneous interpretation, hostesses, catering, and technical and audiovisual equipment rental.
