Back-to-back Incentive – Porto, Portugal

Following a successful event in Cádiz, a German insurance company commissioned the organization of a back-to-back incentive program in Porto for four groups of 350 participants each. I was responsible for the complete activities program.

Over a period of 10 days, an average of 350 participants per day took part in 10 different activities, including three exclusive walking tours with lunch in the city center, sailing experiences with lunch in an authentic seafood restaurant, speedboat tours along the Douro River with beach lunches, visits to a historic sardine factory, winery visits and wine tastings, as well as excursions to Braga and Guimarães concluded with a traditional local lunch.
